Powered by People Survey
The Powered by People survey provides an opportunity for staff to share feedback related to the priorities identified in our strategic plan. The survey is one of the ways that FM invests in our people and is important because it helps us identify and prioritize the best projects and programs to help FM achieve success.
In alignment with our value of Continuous Improvement, we conduct this survey every 12-18 months.
