The FM Human Resources (HR) unit is responsible for all human resources functions for our organization of almost 800 employees. (Our work force includes service, maintenance, skilled crafts, administrative, and professional staff, staff employed by McDonough Bolyard Peck who support the Capital Program, and Trigen staff assigned to the Energy Project.)

Our responsibilities include employee relations, conflict resolution, employment, classification, wage and salary administration, benefits coordination, performance management (PRD), organizational planning, health and safety, training and apprenticeship, and diversity initiatives. We also coordinate business travel and parking-related activities. The HR unit works closely with University Human Resources (UHR) on a variety of issues.
