Maintenance Services

Operation, repair and maintenance of existing State supported facilities. These requests are needed to preserve or restore a facility to such condition that it can be effectively used for its designated purpose.

Minor Alteration

Small changes or improvements to facilities or special services that you purchase from FM. Examples include: adding a room air conditioner; special cleaning; painting; carpeting; small carpentry jobs; electrical work; and window curtain repairs, replacements.

Special Service

Support for your event including tables, chairs, sound systems, special electrical power, tents, special cleaning or solid waste disposal, etc.

Campus or Capital Project or Lease

Facility improvements, renovations, new facilities or modifications to facilities. These projects usually require professional planning, design, and/or construction management services. These projects require approval of your Dean/Director and Vice-President and may require Facilities Council approval prior to implementation. Examples include: space renovations that change wall configurations; laboratory modifications; new facilities or building renovations; and leasing assistance.

Maintenance to auxiliary (non-State supported) spaces or systems

Contact the appropriate unit such as Residential
Facilities, Campus Transportation, Dining Services, etc.

Environmental Safety

Laboratory equipment, furniture, window blinds.
