Operation, repair and maintenance of existing State supported facilities. These requests are needed to preserve or restore a facility to such condition that it can be effectively used for its designated purpose. |

Small changes or improvements to facilities or special services that
you purchase from FM. Examples include: adding a room air conditioner;
special cleaning; painting; carpeting; small carpentry jobs; electrical
work; and window curtain repairs, replacements. |

Support for your event including tables, chairs, sound systems, special electrical power, tents, special cleaning or solid waste disposal, etc. |

Facility improvements, renovations, new facilities or modifications to facilities. These projects usually require professional planning, design, and/or construction management services. These projects require approval of your Dean/Director and Vice-President and may require Facilities Council approval prior to implementation. Examples include: space renovations that change wall configurations; laboratory modifications; new facilities or building renovations; and leasing assistance. |
