OFA Organization Chart

Office of Facilities Administration, under the direction of Kenneth M. Riebert, is the administrative wing of FM. It provides human resources, materials management, work management and information, financial, and information technology services to FM staff and customers.

Office of Facilities Information Units:

      

Project Accounting and Financial Services is comprised of five units:
  • Budgets/MOU's
  • Accounts Payable - Operations and Campus Projects
  • Utility Billing and operating
  • Account Review Financial Reporting and Account Setup
  • Project Operations
Human Resources and Payroll's activities for this organization of almost 750 people include employee relations, employment, classification, wage and salary administration, benefits coordination, performance management, organizational planning, health and safety, training and apprenticeship, and diversity initiatives. The unit also coordinates employee travel and parking.

Information Technology Services is comprised of two units:
  • Network Operations procures, installs and maintains approximately 450 computers and provides server operations, user support and help desk support for approximately 600 user accounts.
  • ITS Programming develops and maintains various FM software packages, and provides reporting and training to support these systems. ITS also evaluates, integrates and interfaces with campus and commercial information systems, and maintains the FM web page.

Logistics provides shipping, receiving and over-the-counter sales of MRO parts and supplies through its warehouse. Its Purchasing unit acquires goods and services, provides technical advice and guidance on procurement issues, administers FM's procurement card transactions, and coordinates larger purchases with the campus Dept of Procurement and Supply.

Work Control Center maintains a 24 hour/7 day per week operation to process 50,000 work orders and projects each year, monitor and respond to facility alarms, issue keys, provide communications links, and serve as the key customer service desk for FM.

Fleet Services maintains FM's vehicle fleet.

Performance Program Development manages special projects, including developing policies and procedures, gathering customer feedback, and efforts to improve organizational effectiveness.
